Thanks to all of you who have been responding to the picture! Some of you are asking about the word "touchline". OK, that's what came out of it when I asked my dictionary for a word for the Norwegian "sidelinje". I see now that i could have used "sideline" (!), but I happened to stumble across "touchline" and I fell in love with that word. Could it be that is for rugby only, not for soccer?

To be "på sidelinja" - "along the sideline"(?) will usually (in Norwegian) mean to be a spectator very close to the play(gorund), - however,"along the sideline", you are very clearly not one of them being   _in_  the play.

Also great thanks to Alan S. for encouraging me to do another attempt of (colour)editing the picture. Did it bring an improved version?
